Refund Policy

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we ask that you submit your claim within 14 days of receiving the product. For packages lost during shipping, claims must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

In cases of errors attributable to our company, we will cover all costs related to the replacement or refund of the product.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for personal dissatisfaction or changes of mind.

Butterfly Lovers reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion. Refund decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final determination will remain under our responsibility. In Butterfly Lovers, we reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, without prior notice. We recommend that you review this section periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Incorrect address: If the address provided is considered incomplete or incorrect by the courier service, the package will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

If the package is marked as delivered but has not arrived: If the carrier has marked the package as delivered but the customer has not received it, we will not be able to offer a refund or cover the costs of a new shipment. However, we recommend that the customer check with their neighbors or the designated delivery area, and if the package is not found, contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Unclaimed: Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facilities, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (if applicable).

No returns are accepted for sealed products, such as masks or underwear, that are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons. By agreeing to this, you acknowledge that any returned orders containing masks or similar items will not be eligible for reshipment and will be discarded. Refunds will only be offered in cases of manufacturing defects or issues with the product's printing.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Butterfly Lovers reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
