Processing and Shipping Times

Once the order is placed, we are committed to processing it as soon as possible. The usual processing time for most products is between 2 and 5 days. This time allows us to ensure that all items are quality-checked, packed, and ready for shipment.

Average Shipping Times Per Country

If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also longer or shorter.

Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Factories will have far more units to manufacture and ship out, so you will want to ensure that your customer facing processing and shipping copy is updated to reflect proper expectations. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.

Delays and Exceptions

While these are the estimated times, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs issues, weather conditions, or high demand during special promotional periods. If any issues arise with the shipment, we will keep you informed through email updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can track it in the 'Order Tracking' section using the tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the location and status of your package at all times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is very important that the shipping information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an error in the provided address, any additional costs will be your responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case and, if necessary, proceed with a refund or send a replacement.
